Abstract

Since the 1970s, subnational units have increasingly developed external relations through the modality of Decentralized Cooperation. In the case of Argentina, the National Constitution allows provinces to carry out this type of action, promoting their international engagement. This research consists of an exploratory, descriptive, and comparative study aimed at characterizing the Decentralized Cooperation actions of the Province of Entre Ríos during the first and second administrations of Governor Gustavo Bordet. Through this analysis, it will be possible to identify the mechanisms most used by the province in the field of cooperation. This information will provide a precise diagnosis of external management and serve as input for the development of public policies on internationalization.
